{"id":3865,"date":"2022-06-14T11:51:34","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T16:51:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ghostgamer.news\/?p=3865"},"modified":"2022-06-14T11:52:01","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T16:52:01","slug":"multiple-upcoming-stealth-games-have-been-announced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ghostgamer.news\/multiple-upcoming-stealth-games-have-been-announced\/","title":{"rendered":"Multiple upcoming stealth games have been announced"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>2022\/2023 may be a great time for fans of stealth games, with multiple announcements trickling out this week that are interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We already talked about <a href=\"https:\/\/ghostgamer.news\/stray-has-a-release-date\/\">Stray getting a release date<\/a>, and the Cyberpunk-Aragami style <a href=\"https:\/\/ghostgamer.news\/ereban-shadow-legacy-looks-to-be-a-cyberpunk-aragami\/\">Ereban: Shadow Legacy<\/a> is also a fascinating announcement, to be sure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However today even more games have popped on my radar. So many, in fact, that I&#8217;m just going to consolidate them all here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First off, we have &#8220;Undetected&#8221;; more (somewhat lo-fi) sci-fi in stealth, but with a mix between 3rd person over the shoulder and top-down gameplay perspectives. Additionally, it focuses on being &#8220;non-lethal&#8221;, which could be a nice change of pace for gamers who are sick of basically being murderers. <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1715350\/UNDETECTED\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Check out Undetected on Steam<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next we&#8217;ve got &#8220;Evotinction&#8221; (I am not a fan of trying to type that one). This one is more sci-fi dystopia, but has higher graphical fidelity and is vs. a malevolent AI rather than people. I&#8217;m really curious here; it&#8217;s got hacking to go with the stealth, which makes me think of <a href=\"https:\/\/ghostgamer.news\/watch-dogs-legion-review\/\">what I wished Watch Dogs Legion was better at<\/a>. Anyway, it&#8217;s more than likely one I will be covering here, too. <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/2005090\/EVOTINCTION\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">It&#8217;s also listed on Steam<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And finally, we&#8217;ve got a remaster to talk about: Commandos 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I never played the 3rd, but during my poor-boy youth I replayed the Commandos 1 demo I got from a gaming magazine a number of times and vaguely recall enjoying it. The HD Remaster looks interesting; it&#8217;s not going to be an &#8220;OMG wow&#8221; graphical enhancement, but it is an improvement, at least.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know what I&#8217;m going to say next? <a href=\"https:\/\/store.steampowered.com\/app\/1469170\/Commandos_3__HD_Remaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yeah, it&#8217;s on Steam too<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2022\/2023 may be a great time for fans of stealth games, with multiple announcements trickling out this week that are interesting.
