While we don’t really get to enjoy much of the hopefully solid stealth gameplay of Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, the new trailer does give us a bit more of an idea of what we’ll be doing if it plays anything like Origins or Odyssey.
It would appear that we’ll once again be taking the fight to various faction leaders within the world, which is much like what we did in Odyssey (as a side-story in claiming areas for either the Spartans or Athenians), but in this case, it is most likely a strong focus for claiming land for your king (no mercenary gameplay here).
On top of this, we’ve also got a podcast that covers the actual Viking history used for background in AC: Valhalla, titled “Echoes of Valhalla“.
