I thought I had seen it all. Having played sniper games for so long, kill cams have always seemed pretty old hat. Sniper Elite has had some fascinating mechanics for kill cams, featuring the x-ray cam (which is always amusing to be able to see which organ you’ve destroyed), but Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 provides a kill cam that is just simply beautiful.
Well, if you appreciate art direction when it comes to gore, that is.
As if I were watching a re-imagining of Kill Bill, the blood spray is visceral and over-the-top, and has me wondering how they managed the rendering for it.
