The latest gameplay trailer for Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood (that is a mouthful, even to type) came out yesterday, and we get a bit of a closer look at how stealth plays out in it. Take a look below.

I had previously wondered about Black Myth: Wu Kong scratching the itch of mixing in shapeshifting & stealth, but it looks like WW:TA-E is going to take that mantle here.

What’s interesting is that it’s not just going to simply be a “You’re in the lupus form, you’re stealthy” gimmick; instead, you can hop between that form and your human form in order to do stealth takedowns and environmental interactions. Of course, when you transform into the big bad were-form, you’ll be a walking beast of destruction.

Just a reminder that the game releases February 4th. I plan on reviewing it, but it won’t be on release; unfortunately, I’ve been unable to secure a review copy, so I’ll have to wait like everybody else to play it.
