While I hold off on Baldur’s Gate 3, preferring to wait for the final version before evaluating it, Solasta: Crown of the Magister looks fresh enough that I actually have some interest in it’s early access release.
There are a number of interesting aspects to the game if the press release is to be believed; focusing on true verticality, the idea that every member of your party plays the part of the hero (and you create them yourselves), and some of the mechanics for environmental interaction (such as using smaller passageways to get away from larger foes, or dropping a boulder on others) all draw my interest.
